Faith Pilates Journey
Faith is a skydiver, and a lover of Latino dancing, surfing and skiing before becoming a Pilate instructor. Not surprisingly, the hyper-active comes with numerous little injuries, which is how Faith began her Pilate journey. Faith has progressed along the pathway from rehabilitation to advanced body conditioning in her Pilates practice over the past years.
Faith Pilates practice start with various contemporary, and although it was a valuable journey, her true body transformation only occurred after she started training with the classical Pilates method. Movements that were previously considered unsuitable for her body condition became well-controlled after years of developing her true powerhouse through this authentic Pilates method. This transformative progress ignited her passion for classical Pilates and led her to leave her job at well-known multinational companies, dedicating the rest of her life to empowering more people to discover their true freedom of movement.
Exercise Physiology at University of Sydney
Driven by her passion for human movement, Faith embarked on her second bachelor's degree at the age of 37, studying Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney. This followed her earlier Master's degree obtained in Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, during her earlier years.
She firmly believes that a continuous stream of high-quality teaching, coupled with creativity, results from a commitment to lifelong learning. Further academic knowledge not only reinforces her faith in the solid Pilates practical method but also equips her with the expertise in sports medicine, contributing to overall physical wellness.
