Absolutely! Classical Pilates was originally developed with rehabilitation and pain management in mind. The method is taught in a slower, structured way, focusing on building the body from the inside out. By establishing this internal support first, the work creates a strong foundation for long-term strength, mobility, and ease of movement.
No. Strength, support, and coordination are developed progressively through the method, not expected at the beginning.
Absolutely! Pilates supports posture, balance, strength, and mobility at every stage of life.
Yes. With our guidance, Classical Pilates supports the body through pregnancy and postnatal recovery as part of a complete, long-term method.
Classical Pilates is taught as a system, not a follow-along workout. The work requires individual correction and careful adjustment of the apparatus to support how each body moves. In a group setting, this level of attention isn’t possible without compromising clarity, safety, or progression.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full rate. As sessions are reserved specifically for you, late cancellations prevent another client from booking and the instructor from offering that time to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
That’s very common, if you still have questions about Classical Pilates, private sessions, or booking, you’re welcome to get in touch.
